Shipping policy

We aim to have orders processed, packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Please allow for delays during peak holidays and sale periods.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with the shipping details and tracking number. Follow the link in the email to track your order and check the estimated arrival date.

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping for all orders within Canada and the Continental USA over 99$. Any orders outside of these territories will be subject to extra shipping rates, duties and taxes. There is a shipping calculator at checkout for your easy convenience.

We have negotiated great rates worldwide and are proudly able to ship to most locations that Fed-ex services (Sorry no APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Boxes). Rates can be easily calculated at checkout by providing your shipping address.
