The currency in which you will be charged is dependent on your IP address AND the billing address associated to the method of payment you are using.
We aim to have orders processed, packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Please allow for delays during peak holidays and sale periods.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with the shipping details and tracking number. Follow the link in the email to track your order and check the estimated arrival date.
We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping for all orders within Canada and the Continental USA. Any orders outside of these territories will be subject to extra shipping rates, duties and taxes. There is a shipping calculator at checkout for your easy convenience.
We have negotiated great rates worldwide and are proudly able to ship to most locations that Fed-ex services (Sorry no APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Boxes). Rates can be easily calculated at checkout by providing your shipping address.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please always submit a valid street address for your shipment.
We use Fed-ex as our carrier of choice.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your recent purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt. The item(s) must have all original tags attached and be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
Returns on regular priced items will be refunded to your original form of payment, less a $10.00 restocking fee.
Returns on sale priced items will be eligible for an e-credit, less a $10.00 restocking fee.
All items listed as final sale on the product description page will not be eligible for return or e-credit as they are final sale.

We kindly ask that you allow us up to 30 days to process any returns.
You may return your item(s) free of charge, minus a $10.00 restocking fee that will be deducted from your credit card. Please contact our returns department at email@example.com for a prepaid return label. Should the need to return arise from our error or a damage to the item, there will be no restocking fee.
We are unable to process any exchanges, however, we are more than happy to accept the original item as a return, and you may then place a new order for a replacement item. If the return is due to an error or fault on our part, there will be no restocking fee. Kindly refer to our Return Policy for details.
Gifts purchased online at www.ilovetylermadison.com can be returned but must follow the guidelines of our Return Policy. Please contact our returns department toll free at 1-844-858-4586 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST) or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your gift is returned you will be issued an e-credit, less a $10.00 restocking fee.

All credit cards stored on www.ilovetylermadison.com are encrypted for user protection so that no one – including our Customer Care and Information Technology Departments – can access your credit card number.
You will not be able to update the credit card information, but you can delete and add a new card at any time.
